Either-side Service

Oil fill and dipstick combinations, remote oil filter and fuel water separator can be configured for easier packaging, service access, application and service flexibility to provide installation convenience plus fast and easy maintenance.

Exhaust after treatment for Stage V units

M&H Engineering engines use EGR, DPF, DOC and SCR exhaust systems to meet the Stage V emission legislation requirements.

Protection

All systems are protected both mechanically and electrically in accordance with the relevant hazardous area standards requirements.

Regeneration Mode

The Stage V engine is fully capable of taking full load during the exhaust after-treatment regeneration cycle – no increase or reduction of engine rpm is required during cycle. Class leading exhaust temperature management system which maintains after-treatment temperatures at optimum temperatures regardless of loading. Fully automatic regeneration system.

We offer various locations for the exhaust after-treatment including rear layouts as below. Other layouts will be considered depending upon the requirement and subject to engineering approval, due to the emissions certification demands.

Side-mounted is standard for exhaust gas cooler. Other layouts will be considered depending upon the requirement and subject to engineering approval. Remote location of exhaust after treatment is available subject to full engineering approval and sign off.

M&H Stage V Engines Features and Benefits

Complete System

The engine will be supplied as a packaged system with the relevant additional parts including exhaust gas cooler, inlet shut down valve, inlet flame trap, etc.

The complete system has been designed and developed with our partners, who are specialists in hazardous protection systems, which ensures a fully integrated and optimized system.

As we are supplying a complete system, it provides the customer with a complete solution for them to finish package.

Accreditation

The complete system will have a declaration of conformity to the various hazardous area standards for Zone 2 and Class 1 / Div 2, for gases that will be provided by a third party notified body.

Warranty

M&H Stage V engines come with a three-year warranty as standard. Warranty conditions are – one-year unlimited hours, three years total 5,000 hours maximum. Extended warranty is available at an extra cost for an additional two years.

Service and support

Service and support contracts are available for the warranty period and beyond. Service and support from our expanded service dealer team ensures prime operation of your engine and a long service life.

Oil change

500 hours standard oil change intervals. Additional high specification filtration systems can be fitted to extend oil change intervals to up to 1,000 hours.
